It was super easy and fast. Usually car buying is extremely stressful, but he took all the stress away and made it the best experience ever.

My wife and I Purchased our 2019 Ford Expedition from Austin and the Kool Chevrolet used car team. They were great at communicating with me and Austin was very helpful he even gave me some helpful tips in maintenance on the automatic running boards! The buying process was very laid back and I did not feel pressured at all. Only reason it’s not a 5 is I was disappointed that they didn’t clean it before I picked it up and missed some stains I pointed out before signing and I ended up having to detail it myself.

Baily at Kool offered Great service and help to ensure all questions were answered and actioned at a world class level. I asked for some special items such as a bed cover swap, checking some suspensions items, etc and they were happy to help however they could. They were super helpful knowing I had a tight timeline. I really felt like I was appreciated for my continued business vs just someone bringing them revenue.
