Had far the best experience at Faulkner Lancaster. Josh and Mario were great to work with. They got me in the car I wanted. They also made it fun and not stressful. They were pushy with me. They listened to what my wants and needs were and exceed with getting me into a vehicle that I wanted.

Greg helped me right away. Explained what my car needed and didn't need. I had received a $10 coupon and had forgotten the email at home. Greg honored my discount. I received a video on what was checked and what my car needed and didn't need. Overall, happy with my visit to Falkner.

I took my truck in for service this week to Faulkner and had the best service experience I have ever had at a dealer. My service advisor Ashley did such a great job explaining all repairs and issues that needed to be addressed. She answered any and all questions I had for her, with patience and great knowledge, which gave me such peace of mind. The informative video walk through of my vehicle was awesome to see and communication in general was a breeze. I would highly recommend Faulkner to anyone who needs service on their vehicle, they are a breath of fresh air!
