I had such a wonderful experience I had to share it. We drove from Syracuse to Botnick to purchase our new truck. I knew what I wanted, found it there, and got upfront pricing with no games and gimmicks. Our salesperson Amanda Reynolds was amazing! She came in on her day off so we could test drive the teuck and then came in on her week off so that we could get it purchased and bring it home 2 days later. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed and ready to go. What a great experience and I would make the drive all over again! Having bought 3 new cars in the last year, this was the best experience by far. So nice not to have to play games and show up to a dealership to hear-" we sold the one you wanted, but let's look at something else". My first time here and Iam a very picky person when it comes to my vehicle I can a honestly say the customer service was amazing better than any other place I have taken my car. I came for an oil change and tire sensor and the wonderful man before he started working on my car he explained the prices to me which gave me the option if I wanted to go further or not and I can honestly say I will be bringing my car back here for more oil changes and what ever issue I come across they have my business. I would recommend this place to everyone the staff is nice the customers are nice they say hello. Thank you guys
