Communication from my service adviser Rick Enos was excellent. He kept me informed through the whole repair process. The transmission replacement was completed in the exact timeframe that was explained to me early on in the evaluation of my vehicle.

This was my first time servicing my new Chevy Bolt. Everyone was welcoming, helpful and polite. I particularly like my service advisor who patiently answered questions regarding aspects of my electric car. They also included a shuttle service which was very much appreciated so that I could work from home while my car was being serviced. Great experience!
