I've got a similar experience to several of the other recent posts. This summer I was looking to purchase a very specific car model and trim level. It was hard to locate anywhere in my part of the country. Riverside had one posted online and it was one of the most competitively priced options in the whole country. I sent an inquiry and got an immediate response from Chase Wilkins. My experience with Chase was exactly as described by others. Great guy. Super responsive. Quick to text, jump on a call, send pics, get on a video call, or whatever was needed to answer questions. We really hit it off and working with him was genuinely fun. As part of our deal we agreed to get the windows tinted. I trusted him so much my only instructions to him were "Just make it look good". When it arrived it was perfect! Shipping halfway across the country was very reasonably priced (considerably less than what I expected) and it showed up in less than a week. The communication from the shipping company Riverside uses was top notch and the car was in perfect shape when they dropped it off in front of my house. For anyone having reservations about buying a car and getting it shipped, you can trust Chase and Riverside to get it done right.
