Brought in my 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 High Country for its first oil change. The doors was open right on time and It was a smooth experience setting the appointment with their service dept. She also stated there was a recall and with my truck and that the software needed to be updated. No issues and my truck was done within two hours.
