    I acquired a 2021 Kia K5 through the fine folks at this facility. Cody Schuhart was the finest car salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with- he was clear, concise, and transparent during the sales process- there wasn’t even time to feel confused at the consistency that each step was being explained to me. When I get my next vehicle- and when my great-grandchildren get theirs, all the way down the ancestral line- it will be from Bergstrom Chevrolet of Appleton.

    Everyone at the dealership was very kind and provided level of care that you would would expect from a family member. My sales rep, Scott, did an amazing job with helping me find what I was looking for, and Stephen did an awesome job helping me with the service side of things regarding accessories that were added after purchase. I will definitely keep going back to Bergstrom. Hands down, the best dealership experience I've ever had.

    As always, I had a great visit to the service department at Bergstrom Cadillac/Chevy of Appleton! My service advisor, Wes, was kind and helpful and kept me abreast of my situation each step of the way. Scheduling was a breeze. I had a nail that I found in my tire the evening before a planned road trip. At 5pm, Schedulers got me scheduled at 730 am the next day. I dropped the car off the night before and when I called bright and early at 730am, Wes already had it in the shop and being assessed. When I asked if they could please have it completed by 10am, he assured me it would be, and it was! I always feel like family when I'm there from my sales person, Scott to my finance guy, Patrick, to Wes in Service! Thanks, Bergstrom for a fantastic job! PS I also enjoy the videos my service tech sends me each time. A nice touch!
