2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV LT AWD

this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I found this truck online and contacted Bergstom Chevrolet of Middleton and within minutes I had someone get back to me with questions I needed. The Salesman I worked with through this whole process was Johnny Garcia. Johnny made me feel welcome and was always making sure I had everything I wanted when I came to the vehicle. Took his time taking me through the whole process since I was a first time buyer. He was so nice and made sure everything was to my liking before leaving the lot with my truck. I would buy every vehicle through Johnny in the future. 100% recommend!

I shopped around a lot for the vehicle I wanted. I reached out to numerous dealers and was unable to get what I wanted. Finally found one in Middleton, 2 hours from me. I reached out to a local dealer where I was to see if there was ability to get it closer to me and didn’t get much of a response. Took a whim and reached out via the chat shared my information and within 10 minutes Quinn D called me. We talked all day, he sent me numerous videos, photos everything on the vehicle. Finally decided to drive down that same night. They close at 7 and we came rolling in at 620. It was up front ready to drive. I came with a pre-approval, Quinn (second Quinn) came in and said he could get a better deal, and he did. I bought the car that night, Quinn D, Quinn, and Kyle all stayed late to get me my car. Quinn D was very thorough during the process everything was explained to me in a clear cut dry process, nothing was hidden. Icing on the cake was they delivered the car up to me. Such a smooth process, Quinn D really did care about me and making sure I was happy. This was absolutely one of my favorite times buying a car.

We were very happy with the service we received at Bergstrom Chev of Middleton. We worked with John Seymour. He was very helpful talking us through the pros and cons of a traverse vs a suburban with a growing family. We are two hours away from the dealership. He did a vehicle tour via YouTube video of the suburban we were interested in which was also very helpful. We then put down a refundable $500 deposit to hold the vehicle until we were able to get down there and see it in person. If we did not like the vehicle at that time, we would get our money back with no obligation to purchase it. They were very good to work with and very accommodating to our schedules. Very happy we found our new family vehicle.
