2026 Honda Prologue Elite AWD

Loyal customer with YC Honda for a long time. The service department reps are always friendly and straightforward with you. I like that. Being professional is important to me when receiving a service. Yuba City Honda Service Advisors do not disappoint. Today, May 20th, came in for an A15 service for an oil change. However, he showed me my tires that were in desperate need of replacing. After doing some quick price searching in the waiting room, decided to go with the tires there. All great! The car was ready earlier than estimated which was nice. Disappointed However, one thing did disappoint me. When I went to open my car door, it was filthy and had fingerprints all around the door handle and it felt grimy and greasy. Not good. It was close to closing time so did not go back in to let them know. I did not expect a car wash, I understand, but to me, this is just unacceptable. Other than that all good.

Manuel always takes such amazing care of me, and my family! We have been going to Honda for almost 10 years to get oil changes just to go to him. He proves time and time again that he cares about his clients and what they truly need! I will always recommend Manuel and the Honda team!
