Very efficient and communicated very well through the whole process. The estimate for maintenance was easy to understand and the interface for choosing or not choosing various quotes was easy to use. Shuttle service was very much appreciated and the drivers were great. I had some software upgrades, emissions sensor replacement and regular maintenance work that needed to be done, and I felt that this type of stuff should be handled by a dealer.

My service agent, Tim was great. Nice guy who stayed in touch to keep me updated on my service and parts. Also they found another dealership who had the part and went to pick it up to save time and cost. Wayne was very nice too when I picked up the car, he was helpful and efficient. The guy who pick me up to transport me to get the car, was very courteous and extremely helpful and nice. Great conversation to the car dealership.
