Such an awesome experience. We buy a car about every Ten to twelve years so we don’t have a lot of experience with dealerships. But Jordan and the rest of the team at Ferguson Buick are the best. Absolutely no pressure sales tactics. We didn’t have time to schedule a meeting and Jordan was very understanding and met us on our time. He showed us a car that we test drove and is very knowledgeable about all the different models. We ended up driving and buying a different model which is better for our needs. And we accomplished it all with absolutely zero pressure or up sell from Jordan. Overall we had a five star experience and would definitely recommend Both Jordan and Ferguson Buick to everyone who is in the market for a great vehicle.

When It came to financing our new car Kyle in finance got us the best deal with GM Financial. Kyle is very honest in finance and doesn't try to put hidden warranties in your deal, which I have experienced before with another dealer. This is not my first car I have bought from Ferguson and I can say they have a top notch service department that actually takes car of their customers. I highly recommend buying from the Ferguson Superstore! They have an excellent selection and treat their customers with respect! We love our new Buick, I can't say enough about the quality of this car! It is by far my favorite car I have bought in a while which is saying something because I buy a lot of cars. I am sold on the Buick brand for life!!

It was an absolute great experience. The level of customer service was beyond anything I have ever experienced out of a car dealership. Jordan was helpful and cared about what I wanted and needed from a dealership in a new vehicle purchase. From sales to finance it was terrific. I will update when I deal with the service department when the time comes but for now I would never buy a vehicle from anywhere else.
