I would like to thank Amy in service and Anna in sales for their assistance and patience in helping me get my dad's vehicle sold. We dropped the car off in January hoping that it would be repairable enough to drive to TX. Unfortunately, that was not the case and long story short, the car sat for two months while we figured out what to do with it! Ultimately, we had to drive 8 hours back to MS to sell it. Amy, thank you for not hounding us and allowing us time to pay our service bill. Your patience made a frustrating situation feel less so. Anna thank you for making the sale process seamless. We got it done quickly and, in enough time, to get back on the road and make it home before it was too late.

I loved my experience at Walt Massey in Columbia. Everyone in the store greeted my wife and me and were very nice and professional. The buying experience was top notch and they were able to work with us regarding our budgeting and finance needs.
