Christine in Service was awesome in getting things taken care of on my extended warranty work including another issue that showed up that morning, however Andrew in Service should not be in any kind of service role....I had to wait to get my work done due to needing a loaner given that the repairs were going to take all day and I live 30 miles away. They didn't have a loaner available for almost 10 days out, so scheduled it on the first available. When I arrived, Andrew got the loaner set up for me without going thru anything about the vehicle other than to make sure to top it off with gas. When I arrived back to pick up my vehicle, the gas gage was still showing full as I did no other driving other than home and back. He then informed me that I needed to top off the gas and I explained that it still showed full, so didn't add any. He said regardless, I needed to top it off...when I topped it off, I had to put in 3.5 gallons which with the car averaging 25 miles to the gallon and I only drove highway miles, I shouldn't have had to put that much gas in and I explained that when I got back and said, why am I topping off the gas tank when it wasn't full when I picked it up which he then admitted that it was at 93% full when he gave it to me. The way that he spoke and handled the situation, was very degrading and unprofessional and when I shared that, he was remiss in apologizing and said here is $5 bucks and I said it isn't about the money, it is about the principal and how you handled the situation and how I was treated. I have no problem paying for my gas and would typically buy gas at Costco which is right by my house and less expensive, then adding insult to injury, told me to fill it up at the station a block away which was $1.00 more per gallon than I would've paid at Costco. Christine tried to apologize for Andrew's behavior, but I explained that it wasn't her fault, but Andrew should've handled things much differently in his communication or I should say lack of communication/professionalism. I will not deal with him again in the future and the only reason I come to this dealership is because the warranty that I purchased with my vehicle states that I must use this dealership or pay a $500 deductible. I would much rather use the dealership a few blocks from my house where I get my oil changed, than have to make the drive to Beatrice for diagnosis, they if they can't repair that day which they usually cannot and have to order parts, I have to make another trip back down to get it fixed and given that I live 30 miles away, I need a loaner so that I can get back to work and not lose a full day. Andrew is definitely not helping your business...Christine on the other hand, is an absolute professional!
I want to acknowledge Doug and his professionalism and personable engagements. He was patient and supportive during our vehicle shopping process. I highly recommend working with him the next time you purchase a vehicle.
Everyone was so pleasant to work with, and they kept me updated during the diagnosis process. The sales people were very friendly as I sat in the waiting room. It was an enjoyable experience.
