Awesome Experience A+ First time buying from Anderson Buick GMC (formally Boyle) in Abingdon. Let me just say, fantastic experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Gary, and folks, he is it. Personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my 4 year old son and Gary was more than accommodating to him. The entire staff infact was friendly and welcoming to my son. I was able to test drive my two favorite vehicles. No high pressure conversations just honest conversation and an attention to my needs and look fors in a vehicle. I was then able to work with Dan in the finance department again folks, in the world of auto finance, he is it. He went with my suggested financial institutions and also presented other options that actually saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. Could not be more happier in a car buying experience. I also wanted to give a shout out to Ollie who answered my email quickly, and got the ball rolling. There was also an associate who stopped in to say hi because he saw we liked the same football team ???? (Go Bills!) I just could not be happier with my experience today. I will be recommending Anderson Buick GMC of Abingdon to all my friends and colleagues. Well done. You have a costumer for life.

They personally spent a few hours (literally) helping me with an issue with my vehicle today (I broke a bolt off when installing new roof rails for my ski rack). Great leadership and great organization. Nice chemistry between the old Boyle Buick and the new Anderson! ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? I highly recommend.

My sales person was Mike & Matt ! With them working hand and hand ! me buying my first car process was so easy ! I appreciate them ! Mike was the best of the best ! Especially with making sure I was comfortable with my vehicle to signing and understanding all of the paper work ?? Definitely will be back and again I appreciate you guys ! That 2 hour drive was definitely worth it ! Also to all of the employees they are so welcoming! Even down to the mechanics the are all the best of the best definitely a 10/10 review!
