2026 GMC Sierra 4WD Crew Cab Short Box AT4

First off, I don’t normally review businesses. However, the experience was just too exceptional not to share. I have purchased two vehicles from Master Buick GMC. Both times they were honest, kind, and really wanted to help. They work hard to earn your business. I told them what I wanted as far as vehicle and price go and they made it happen. They have great prices and no pressure at all. I dealt with multiple people and departments going through the purchase process and all were excellent. I highly recommend!

Easiest, stress free purchase I have ever made when buying a vehicle. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and did not pressure me. The vehicle is gently used but in mint condition. They cleaned it from top to bottom, serviced it and had it ready to go when got there. They provided the warranty information, carfax and original window sticker. I drove 2 hours away to purchase here because my sales person was so easy and professional to deal with. I will purchase from this dealership again in the future.

Went to refinance my truck and found out that the finance manager was on vacation. Spoke with Bernard Hughes about my needs and he spoke with Jeff McKee. Now Jeff didn't normally handle things like this but he sat us down to try and help. And did he ever! Not only was he able to get us taken care of in time for an upcoming appointment, but he was friendly, courteous, and got us an amazing deal on the refinance. (No thanks to GM financial and their unnecessarily long hold times). It's experiences like this that restore my faith in working with a dealership and my business will continue to be with Master. It's in the name, folks! They are truly masters!!!
