Provided me with accurate information about the repairs needed to my car. Because the work took several days, I was provided with a loaner of which I was extremely appreciative of as I am a one car owner. Lastly, everyone from Mr. Carlos Scott to the ladies and gentleman in the cashiers office exhibited professionalism and compassion which makes me want to come back again.

My experience with Buick GMC of Brandywine was too notch all around. I initially went in to get my GMC terrain serviced, the service technicians were very helpful, listened to my concerns and provided me a thorough explanation of what they were working on. On to the sales floor, I was not in the market for a new necessarily, but I NEEDED to leave with a vehicle (either mine or a new one). Charles Carpenter (Mr. Charles as I called him) saw me walking the lot and came over and began talking with me. After a hour or so, Mr. Charles and this AWESOME team was able to help me secure a brand new Buick Encore GX. I cannot thank this team enough for their help. Awesome Experience, maddy our salesperson was the best salesperson I’ve ever met. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy with our purchase.
