2026 GMC Sierra 4WD Crew Cab Standard Box Denali

While on the last day of vacation near Morehead City today, I discovered that the key to my GMC Canyon vehicle was missing. I contacted Parker GMC and was referred to Tony in their parts department. I told him of my predicament and he said that he would order a replacement key on an expedited basis and then directed me to the maintenance scheduler, Janice, who would set an appointment. It turned out that the new key would not arrive for three days and the configuration of the key to match my vehicle to be done by maintenance was scheduled for the next day. Obviously, this created a significant issue since my residence is three hours from Morehead City. Both Tony and Janice were fully aware of these additional expense that would be involved and worked diligently to find any way to reduce both the inconvenience and the cost. They were pleasant, concerned and very professional but there was simply no alternative. The arrangements were made and confirmed and we ended the call. About thirty minutes later, another member of my traveling group suddenly discovered that my keys had been picked up by mistake and handed them back to me. I immediately called Parker GMC and spoke with Tony and then Janice. They were both excited to learn that my keys had been found and canceled the recent order and maintenance without charge and offered me their best wishes for the remainder of my vacation. The point of this message is to recognize what certainly must be a remarkable GMC dealership to have two (and probably many more) employees who were so responsive and supportive in resolving both issues — creating a solution for my problem and then releasing me from those arrangements. Hats off to Parker GMC for such high quality and capable service.

Parker GMC Body Shop has always made vehicle repairs easy. They work well with my insurance companies and get the repairs done quickly and de excellent work! I will definitely use them again if needed.
