The Service Advisor Rob Mercer delivered EXCELLENT, knowledgeable customer service. The problem with our vehicle was fixed in a very timely manner. And Mr. Mercer graciously had us picked up via the Ideal courtesy van. The courtesy van driver was prompt, and very customer service oriented.
