2026 Cadillac Optiq Sport

Purchased my CT4 in July 2023 and I love it so much. Eddie Lechuga was my sales rep and he was awesome he made the entire process seem less and stress free. he was there for me at a sensitive emotional time. He listened to what my interests were and showed me a few cars and I feel in love with my baby blue. The top notch service has not stopped since. Jeff Dial in service has been amazing and also shows great customer service, he is attentive and follows up during the time my vehicle has been in service up until I pick my baby back up. He also listens to my concerns and make sure I am satisfied with my service and gets all my requests handled promptly. I would recommend big star Cadillac and their service team 100% I will definitely be buying from the in the future When I’m ready to buy again!
