Salesperson David Chou was well versed on the MDX model I was interested in, knew all options and patient to discuss all my questions. The purchase process was simple with professional and courteous management staff supporting the salesperson. Accessories I ordered were added to the car without trouble, one part needed to be ordered amd when part was available several days later the service department called me and helped setup appointment to install.
