Nicest service department I’ve ever visited. I had the benefit of being the first appointment of the day. Service bays clean enough to eat off. Great people to work with. Final cost within ten dollars of estimate for oil/filter service and four wheel alignment on our 2020 RDX. Perfect visit with complimentary snacks and soft drinks. Love the viewing windows in the customer lounge looking directly into the service area. A+

My salesperson was Julia- what a sweetheart! And Jamie the finance “guy”was a pleasure to work with and had a great sense of humor. Everyone I encountered here was super nice and friendly, just overall good people. I definitely didn’t feel like I was working with a “slick salesman” type. Very down to earth. The car buying experience was easy overall as we negotiated a price we were both comfortable with. Even though I purchased a preowned vehicle, they pulled it into the air conditioned enclosure and sat with me inside the car explaining all of the features. They even had a big red bow on top! I will definitely make the drive to this dealership if I am ever needing another vehicle.
