Very helpful and great service. I was running early and they took me right in since there was an opening. Kevin was thorough and corrected my service request to one that actually cost a bit less. Good suggestion on brakes next time too. We noticed they were starting to squeak a bit. Thorough and quick and a bright shiny car wash too. Thanks MetroWest

Thank you MetroWest Acura for a speedy service (B1) on my beautiful 2024 Integra. Setting the appointment was easy, and each employee I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. The lobby/waiting area was clean, as was the bathroom. (They offer complimentary refreshments, too!)

I had an appointment at 7:30 to drop my vehicle off at 7:30. I was scheduled to receive a loaner while my vehicle was being serviced. I was early and was taken care of right away. The process was quick and easy, and was on my way in no time. My vehicle was ready for pick up later that afternoon, and they accommodated me by allowing me to return the loaner and pick up my car early the next morning. All the service required was completed to my satisfaction. Job well done!
