Matt at Acura of Bay Shore went above and beyond in helping me purchase my vehicle. I was making a three hour drive from CT to visit the dealership and he was very thoughtful in providing me with information (such as availability of the vehicle, detailed photos) before coming in. I was stuck in traffic and arrived thirty minutes after my scheduled time - he was very patient and had prepared the car for a test drive. He was very attentive to my budgeting needs and got me a price I was happy with. Due to long hold times at the insurance company, Matt and the people in the financing department had to stay past closing time to help me take the car home that day. Despite the frustrating situation, I was treated with respect throughout the entire process and Matt did everything he could to make things move quickly on the dealership’s end. If you are looking to buy a used car but are worried about being taken advantage of, I would highly recommend this place as someone who was in the same situation. Their transparency and commitment to making your car buying process as easy as possible really made the drive from CT to Long Island worth it.
