ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! I was so nervous about going to a dealership for the first time because I didn’t know what to expect. I was on the hunt for a pre-owned car and my saving grace was Cynthia Morales. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for my very specific wants/needs. She answered all my questions and never made me feel dumb for not knowing something. Another big shout out has to go to Sam Tokhi for also being amazing and helping me. And we can’t forget about Mr.“G” for fixing up the car and making sure it was fit for sale! Santa Barbara Auto Group was very transparent about the cost and made sure that I understood all the paperwork before signing. After I officially got the car signed over to me, they even took the time to help me learn how to work all the new technology that I’ve never been exposed to. I could go on and on but basically these people rock and their cars are very nice ????!
Tony was so incredibly helpful. I called late in the afternoon saying that I could not link my cell phone to the car. Even calling Acura hands free link hadn't helped. Tony fixed the problem in 5 minutes...at no charge! He said we're here for you. He represents a terrific example of outstanding service and courtesy. Thanks, Tony.
