Outstanding customer service from the Service Dept. They ask the right questions and makes sure that the car continues to operate in a safe manner. No hard sales tactics, just plain good customer service. They take care of my Accord and my Acura MDX and I am always satisfied with their care. This service team is one of the best that I have encountered. Way better than the other service departments that I have encountered around the Bay Area. At SF Honda/Acura, I am treated like a valued owner and customer.

Had the chance to buy a new car from the team at San Francisco Acura. We all know that buying a car is a stressful process. But I had the pleasure of working with James and Johnny. Trying to decide between the different colors and options was a little crazy. But these guys knew their stuff and helped to make the whole experience not so stressful. After all the education we were given my wife and I were set on a color, interior and trim level. Sad to say this location did not have the exact one in stock and there was no giving in to other options, that was the car we wanted. But we had luck on our side and James and Johnny were able to find one at a different location and took the time to go to that dealership and get the car. It was not a close location. So VERY happy and grateful for the amazing experience and would recommend James and Johnny to anyone.
