I recently purchased a pre own vehicle from Piazza Acura. The transaction went as expected. No issues or surprises when I arrived to pick up the new car. Claude the salesmen I worked with was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I had to work a deal out with him over the phone because I live 4 hours away from the dealership. We agreed on a price for the car, financing and a value for my trade before I even stepped foot on the lot. I asked him to make sure everything was ready to go when I got there because I was spending so much time on the road. He delivered on that promise. I also worked with Tara in the finance office. She was friendly and knowledgeable about every piece of the transaction. She wasn’t pushy when she offered the extended warranty but did let me know it was available and how it would benefit me. Overall I would recommend Claude and Tara at Piazza Acura! Couldn’t be happier with my experience
