2026 Acura ADX AWD A-Spec w/Advance Package

This was my first time visiting Sutton Acura for parts, and the experience was fantastic. Everyone I spoke with over the phone was friendly, and that’s when I connected with Hunter. His customer service was exceptional. He ensured I got the right part, even though I wasn’t entirely sure what I needed. Hunter took the time to help me without making me feel rushed, and he was incredibly polite throughout the process. He ordered the part and had it delivered to the location the next day. Shane, the service advisor at Sutton, was extremely helpful and really stepped up to the plate, when my MDX would not release the emergency parking brake....over the Labor Day weekend. Car was towed...Parts were ordered promptly, and the mechanic who was to do the job was 'off work' the day the parts were available to install....even the MECHANIC came in especially to fix my car so that I could turn my rental car in on time. I live 3.5 hours away in SC, so a big thank you to everyone at Sutton for making it happen! (Even the courtesy shuttle driver!) Candice A.

Took my Acura TL in for maintenance and service was quick and everyone was so respectful. My TL has always been serviced at Sutton from the previous owner, so decided to bring it back! Even let me know when things would need replacing soon. Definitely coming back for service again!
