There's no question Mike Hale Acura is hands down the best dealership in all of Utah as well as every dealership I have ever personally dealt with in my experience of car buying in my life. It's not only such a beautiful facility but the entire team there is absolutely amazing especially the service advisor guys Matt and Chris have taken care of me and my vehicle since day one. Even if I take my car in for any little noise rather than complaining Matt jumps right in to figure out the problem to get it diagnosed and get it fixed. Never dealt with any type of hassle, the team here are so professional and so friendly they're almost like family and honestly half of the joy in my new vehicle purchase is getting to have and knowing that I have such an amazing dealership and team of people to go to to take care of me and my new vehicle!! Technician Craig helped diagnose my car and did my oil change in a good amount of time and had me in and out before I knew it! I’d give 10 stars if that was possible. I give google reviews a 2 out of 5 stars for not letting me give Craig 10 stars. Good work Craig.
