2026 Acura ADX AWD A-Spec w/Advance Package

I always have the best experience when coming here to get my car serviced! All of the staff members are so polite and welcoming! As soon as you're checking in, they offer you cold drinks, a snack, and even have coffee and hot chocolate, all free!! They also have some very nice waiting areas that are always so clean and comfortable! This time I had the pleasure of being serviced by Brandan and he was truly amazing! He assisted me the entire time and explained costs, labor, and recommendations very clearly! I truly felt cared for and called there! I highly recommend this location. P.S. Ladies!! Every Wednesday is women's day and you get a free manicure while you're car is being serviced!! Talk about good customer service!!!

Austin is a great asset to the team. He is very knowledgeable of the inventory and there was never any pressure to buy or upsell when it was time to buy. He was very friendly, personable, and professional from beginning to end. Communication was always open and transparent. My experience with Austin at Priority Acura has been excellent. Thank you, Austin, for everything! Shout out to Rich too. We still owe that man some ice cream.

Rich & Brandon are the men! I live in Newport News but will bypass Hall Acura because the service at Priority is worth the drive! Every time I take my vehicle, I never feel duped or as if I was taken advantage of. This is my second vehicle I purchased from Rich and will go to no other! Talk about customer service. I was having battery trouble and they sent a tow truck to me on a SUNDAY!!!! What dealership you know does that! NONE especially without charging you! But Priority does. They value their customers. I am a Priority for Life customer!
