Called over after my radio required a PIN subsequent to a battery change. Sales answered my call almost immediately, transferred me quickly to service, who also answered immediately. Super nice guy was happy to talk me through how to find the PIN and was a great communicator! I was very impressed with their customer service and on the basis of that interaction would definitely contact them for additional services if needed!

Excellent customer experience from Luis. We came in on a cold and rainy day to look at an RDX. Luis greeted us warmly and arranged for a test drive right away. While we were waiting Nick, the general sales manager offered us hot chocolate and told us about the culture of the company. We enjoyed the test drive despite the bad weather and Luis made sure we had an attractive offer within minutes of returning to the dealership. He kept us updated throughout the entire process. We decided to wait to look at another RDX that was in transit and Luis was great about calling to check in instead of just waiting until he had a major update.
