My 85-year-old daddy still works full time. I talked him into trading in his car. At first, I was extremely disappointed in this dealership. The car he originally was going to purchase turned out to have had a deposit placed on it. The sales man that had done the contract was too focused on going on a cruse. Therefore, he had not pulled the keys. Our salesman had to come back and inform my father. That car wasn't available. However, I must admit if it were NOT for the professional kind caring service that gentleman provided. I would have had my daddy walk out immediately. As a result of that salesman. We did stay, and Daddy got an upgraded car that he drove off the lot. It's a gorgeous car. And that salesman is truly an asset to THIS dealership
