We had an amazing experience at Oakland Kia, first by negotiating the terms of a lease for a new EV9 via email with Alan before we invested two hours driving from Sacramento to Oakland. The white EV9 was ready and charged and we signed the contract quickly without any delays. Destiny, the sales associate, also knew all the features on the EV9 and gave a brief overview to acquaint us with the various tech. We highly recommend the customer experience and quality.
I had a great experience buying my daughter a Kia Sportage Hybrid here. I called about the vehicle I wanted, James was friendly and transparent. I asked for the "out the door" price and he was willing and able to provide it in about 20 seconds, unlike many dealers (who I don't buy from). The next morning we showed up for our appointment, the car was already detailed, they were ready for us, and end-to-end we were there for 2 hours, which is incredibly fast in my experience. Everyone on sight was friendly and genuine. Would definitely buy here again.
