Patrick Beverly is a 5 Star Service Rep! He helped me navigate warranty and maintenance plans for my car that was in the service department after a weekend visit. After the inconvenience of having to leave my car 200 miles from home I was a bit nervous. After connecting with Patrick everything took off in the right direction.
