He then put me in contact with Lace Simmons, who was very friendly, courteous and helpful during this entire process. Lace took some additional pictures and a full walk around video for me since I live 4 hours away from the dealership and it would not of been a simple zip over to check it out. They even stepped up to handle a windshield concern that got caught by Lace before I took delivery. Finance was great too. Nick was courteous and informative, explaining the full Kia Warranty and coverages in depth to help me make the best decision for myself as well as he followed up with BOA for me so I would get the best rate I could. This team worked just as that, a TEAM. Flawless from the beginning to the end. I was very happy and thankful to have been able to experience this purchase at this dealership.
