I bought my first used car here in America. I am not good at English, but I reasonably bought a good car with the help of Ricky and the team. Sensible Ricky noticed what I wanted and helped me with a few words. I had a problem with my tire sensor, but they used the Mazda service center to solve the problem perfectly. It was a wonderful experience.
Joshua listened to my needs and helped me locate a Sorento that was within my budget. I had visited other car dealerships and had gotten frustrated when they tried to upsell me. My wife and I showed up this past weekend, adamant that we were not buying a car but just looking. Then we met sales consultant Daren who was personable, persistent, and professional. We left the dealership with my wife's dream car (a Soul!) and the experience was about as painless and pleasant as it can be (shout out to Erwin in finance as well!).
