On-line check on and assurance from Adam they would keep me posted on the repair work and the amazing promptness that followed when Adam contacted me to tell me my infotainment center needs to be replace was so appreciated. We drove 45 minutes from Detroit metro area due to great reviews Kia Grand Blanc has received, AND were notified about 10 minutes on our way home when we were told the software update couldn’t be performed.
