The best car buying experience I have ever had. I had done research on the car I wanted but still had some questions and the salesman (Jovani) was great & really let me drive it to get a feel for it. They gave me a fair price on my trade without me having to haggle as I already knew the value of it. The financing system was down due to the hacking issue impacting all dealers but they were up front about it and told me how long it would take. On a lease they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. I will definitely go back and refer people!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jeff Belzers of Lakeville is fantastic! Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Even though I had car issues right away. Rachel and Jessica were fantastic with working with me on getting into something I’d love. And helping me every step of the way after I had issues with the vehicle. Brian from service was great at listening to me on what exactly happened to the vehicle and then communicating with me the status of my vehicle. I purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos with only 16,000 miles on it. Test drive went great!! However when I was as driving home (I live 1 hour 15 mins away) the car started having issues and by the time I got to my home town, it wouldn’t move. I called Rachel and Jessica, After hours even. They promptly got it towed back to their shop that night. (I wasn’t charged for it) They were able to drive it into the shop. Brian called me, listened to me clearly (as he couldn’t understand what the issue was as he was able to drive it into the shop) and they tested it until they found the issue. Turns out the transmission had an issue when the car is driven for over like 30 mins the transmission over heated and stopped working or something like that. They provided me with a loaner and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Unfortunately they did have to replace/rebuild a new transmission so I was without my car for a little over 2 months. But they took care of the total cost of the loaner. Jeff Belzers of Lakeville, really treated me as a person and not a check book. They listened to me about what I wanted/ looking for in a vehicle. What I’d like to have, what I absolutely didn’t want. Never pushed or tried to convince me to get any other vehicle than what I wanted/ liked. They fought to get me better rates, better warranty’s and discounts on protection options for the car. Then they provided excellent customer service when I did have my car break down completely. I absolutely love my car. I will definitely be going back to them again when I want to purchase a new vehicle in a few years.
