I went to Diehl Kia of Hermitage looking for a new vehicle after pretty much getting a lemon from another dealership. Luckily, I knew a childhood friend who works there. His name is Geoff Wilson. He was very polite and professional. Knew what he was doing, he talked to my fiance, and I as a car salesman. At times, he even gave me advice as a friend. With our credit not being so great him and Colleen Swartz got us out the door the same day with a 2016 Ford F-150. This truck was one I have wanted for over a decade. They also let us borrow a vehicle to go to work with. That way, they could get it inspected and clean it up a little bit. Later that day, Geoff dropped off the truck where I worked and returned the loaner vehicle. I highly recommend getting your next vehicle from Kia of Hermitage from Geoff Wilson. I had just got a vehicle at Diehl on Monday evening. I'm very pleased with the service and support I received. My sales representative was Geoff Wilson, his supervisor Don, and Collen did everything they could as well as a wonderful job at helping my husband and I so we could drive out with the vehicle we wanted that evening. I was also very impressed with my sales representative calling me to check up on how I was enjoying my vehicle and offered to answer any questions I may have had about it, that's also after taking the time to show my husband and I any and all features the vehicle offered prior to the purchase. And Colleen calling me with a better offer on my loan the next day as it was late and not all banks were open that evening. I highly recommend getting a vehicle from them!
