I just purchased my second ever car from Castle Chevrolet, from start to finish it was a great and efficient process. Not to brag but this is the second car I’ve owned outright by age 18 ????. Anyways, Nolan is an amazing sales person who is very personable and honest, he has a lot of knowledge about cars and mechanical stuff and is very trustworthy. Additionally, Josh the Sales Manager is a very reasonable guy and gives you a great deal that you can’t pass up. I traded in my 2020 Chevy Spark with 71,000 miles for a 2020 Chevy Trax with all wheel drive and many more features at 80,000 miles. Now, I just bought this car yesterday outright, and I can’t say if it’s mechanically good or not yet, but I’m very happy with what I paid for this car and the experiences I had with Castle Chevrolet. My only tip though, make sure you know what your cars value is worth and typical trade in rate is and compare it with other dealerships, it could save you thousands. I got them to nearly double my trade in by showing another dealerships offer, and this made the Trax more financially reasonable for me and slightly less of a loss on my Spark. I will say, we bought the Spark when used cars were going for as much as new cars, so we definitely over paid for the car I traded in. I love the spaciousness provided by the Trax and the extra features. Anyways, if Castle Kia has a car you really like, check it out and ask for Nolan. He’s the best of the best and will work with you to achieve what you want or meet you there.
