I scheduled online for my routine oil change & at my previous visit, my Service Advisor, Jeremy, gave me a heads up that my serpentine belt would need to be replaced in the future, so I asked him to replace that & also asked if he’d check my brake pads & rotors, luckily I did as I needed rear brake pads so he replaced them for me as well. My family has been repeat customers to Billion KIA of Sioux City since they opened and Jeremy Allen has been absolutely wonderful to our family.
