I gave a bad review relating to my experience at Honda today. I spoke with the service manager and he assured me that he would address the issues that I spoke with him about I still didn't appreciate the extremely long wait time but understand there is a process. Thank you Honda for your professionalism. Looking forward to better visits in the future and I will come after lunch next time and bring water. :)
