I went to Rick Case Kia to purchase my son’s first car. The entire experience was smooth. We met with our sales person Ivan Torres . Ivan took the time to ask all the right questions to steer us towards the right car for my son. After a couple of test drives my son made a choice on his preferred car. Ivan worked diligently with Manager Rafael Rodriguez. They were both very fair and professional and we got a great price on a great car. The final step was working with Finance Specialist Derek M. Derek made a sometimes painful process very easy and pain free. Both my son and I are very happy with our entire experience at Rick Case Kia!
