Everyone was very nice.. and yes we drove away in a new car... Yayyyy. Our salesman was very kind and helpful. Thank you Cory..... The next day... We are very upset and we hope Berlin City takes care of it asap.. Now we have to go back.. That's another price for the ferry and gas... It's just not right. Trying to help out daughter, a single mom with two children.. Come on people... Have a honest heart..

Wow! Just bought a newer used car from them! 2019 Kia sorento..What a wonderful experience. The best I’ve had at a dealership. I haven’t bought many cars but when I need my next one I will be going back! Elliot Rice was the car salesman. He was fantastic! Super nice, laid back, dealt with us (which we can be a lot my family and I). He got us what we need in car and price. Everything went smooth and I love my newer car! I bought 2 cars with 1 trade in and he made it all happen smoothly and efficiently. The finance managers Chad and Kyle were also efficient, mindful of time limitations, and no high pressure from anyone. Great experience
