Where do I begin? I went to Gosset Kia South about a month ago in search of a vehicle because mine had broken down. As I entered Gossett Kia South on Mt. Moriah Rd, the staff there greeted me with a huge welcome and a smile. I was introduced to Mr. Patrick Powell. This young man greeted my son and myself with a warm welcome. I had no idea of what I was going to do if I left there without a vehicle. Patrick was dedicated and committed to ensuring that we were knowledgeable about every aspect and steps that were being taken during the process. Mr. Powell took his time and did everything in his power to make sure that I would leave there with a vehicle. Patrick is such a respectful young man. He takes pride in his job and providing immaculate customer service. He kept offering us something to drink, and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Mr. Powell never got frustrated with us, and he provided my son and myself time to discuss certain things. There are times when I just react instead of thinking...one Monday morning recently was one of those times... Go to the garage and the car just won't even"click"!!!! I had it towed to Kia on mt moriah... There is a new service manager there that will take excellent care of you no matter how much you pester him. I was not prepared to be without my car and I let him know everyday!! Yes I let my temper run rampid but he assured me they would get my car fixed. I bugged everyone on a daily basis that I needed my car...didn't matter that they had a yard full of cars ahead of me...I wanted MY car!! Ms Barbara assured me it would be soon. That wasn't good enough for me...I wanted it now!! Bless her I wasn't very nice but she was. In comes Berry...the new manager. Even with my ranting he understood my situation. You have to give the service people the time they need to have your car properly diagnosed and repaired. They understand you need your car but their job is to make sure it is right! I apologize for all the trouble..all the calls and yes all the ranting... My car is running like a top!! Thank you to everyone in the Kia service department and again I'm sorry for all the calls etc... A big thanks to the service manager Berry for understanding all my ranting. He is there to help!!!
