2026 Kia K4 EX AT Hatchback

Fantastic customer service from beginning to end! My 2020 kia soul transmission blew out during a cross country move, and Korey was incredibly helpful and friendly. Repairs took several weeks, but Korey kept me up to date, and the team even cleaned my car out and gave it back in better condition than I left it! Thank you Korey and Kia of Meridian!

I don't usually write reviews, but my 2022 Kia Sorento began having electrical problems while passing through Meridian on a road trip. I called this dealership that evening and they said I could come by in the morning. Although they were booked, they squeezed me in, did a couple hours of troubleshooting, and gave the car a full checkout. They didn't find the problem--understandable, given that it was a strange intermittent electrical issue--but they were helpful, courteous, and professional. The checkout made me feel better about continuing the trip back home.

I highly recommend this dealership to anyone for both sales and service. Superb customer service from every aspect. Was kept informed throughout the service experience. Customer lounge was comfortable and clean. Staff was so hospitable. Exceeded my expectations.
