He even took the time to explain the most important features before I drove it off the lot to ensure the most useful tools were explained with the car tech to make me feel more comfortable. Came to have two security software updates as well as fix a trunk latch that no longer worked. I was unaware that the trunk latch was under a recall. They were kind enough to research and make sure the part was available and have it taken care of. The next day, I went to drop off my car in the morning they were very attentive and got to work on my car right away. Within a few hours, it was done. No cost. Car was cleaned outside and the service was excellent. Thank you Kathleen for doing such a great job and helping me through this process. Best customer service I’ve had in a dealership.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! They made the deal happen. Great customer service!! I went to multiple dealerships but this by far was the best one. Great teamwork involved to make it happen! Ender was an amazing sales rep! Sam and Simeon were great managers who helped as well! Even the coworkers were amazing! Aidan educated us about how our warranty will work on our used vehicle. Last but certainly not least Mike in finance was awesome! Everyone made us laugh and it was a great experience all around!! I definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a car.
