Thank you Dothan Kia Service Department for a great experience! I took my 2024 Kia K5 in for my first oil change, and had the best experience!! Every single employee was so helpful and nice! I felt welcome from the moment I got out of my car, even though I had never been there before! I was greeted instantly and got all the information I needed before being shown to the immaculate waiting area, and on a busy Saturday morning, they got me in and out quickly, and did an amazing job! They even took care of an open recall that I didn’t even know I had, and vacuumed my floorboards!!! I was so thankful for them and will recommend Dothan Kia to everyone I know!
