I highly recommend this service center to everyone.

I hate the process of purchasing a vehicle and yet I felt good about my experience with Anthony at Russ Darrow. I actually love my car (it's been a long time) and I feel like I got it for (what is now considered a fair) price. Anthony was a very pleasant, no pressure, yet very knowledgeable sales person. It's my first Kia, and hopefully not my last! PS, I love the color- and I don't care what you think.

As a single parent I had been putting off buying a new/used car because obviously I wanted something safe and dependable. Also was worried about being able to focus while my kiddo ran around as they do, buying a car is not a 10 min thing. All the staff was super friendly and helpful took their time to explain anything I asked and I know the sales person stayed a solid 2 hours after his Friday should have ended. Also just fyi, I am very openly part of the LGBTQ community and was treated with dignity and respect, as all people should be treated. I would have no issues recommending this dealer to anyone in the future. And I got the vehicle I wanted without any pressure to buy something else (they need 2 sell) like other dealers have tried to do to me while shopping around.
