I had to take my car in to address a recall. I was very hesitant to take it in due to my last experience here, but this is the closest Kia location to me. My experience was very different than before. The recall was addressed quickly and service was to the point and efficient. No one tried to upsell or pressure me to add on services other than a friendly offer to do routine a diagnostic check up. Everything had a fresh new appearance and I appreciated the coffee maker and cold water in the mini fridge. My only suggestion would be to have creamer for the coffee, but because this experience was so much better than my previous one, I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee without the cream.
