2026 Kia K4 EX AT Hatchback

I want to start off by saying I am very selective when it comes to writing reviews - but this dealership is more than deserving of it! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They are absolutely exceptional. I had reached out to them after having a TERRIBLE experience at another dealer with two days of negotiation. We were lied too and I was over it. I saw Jim Marsh had the vehicle we wanted - they had ONE left a 2024 Kia Sorento LX. They reached out via text and right away had said "We are willing to beat any offer that Findlay Kia has given you!" So my husband and I came in. We were greeted immediately by Danny. He is such a sweet person. He is honest as well. I gave him all the rundown and what we expected numbers wise and what Findlay Kia offered. He said no worries, lets see the car, make sure you love it and I will get with my manager right away. Test drove it, loved the car. Then I saw the price tag and didn't realize the added market value prices. I looked at him worried and he said "No, don't you worry and I am not lying to you either. We will negotiate this price. We will offer you a deal you cannot pass up I promise." So we went back in and he went right to work. He filled out the credit app for us, got his manager, Arsenio - who was absolutely amazing as well. He was talking about his daughter (we had our 10 month old son with us) and he was asking us questions like genuinely interested in us and helping our family. We had another person come up to us and he was hilarious - he might have been the head manager and he said he was BJ Penn's cousin, he did look like him! I started busting out laughing! They were honestly so sweet and this was all happening at 9pm last night. They were already closed, but everyone had such a great attitude. They even said "We are here to help you guys out. You have a family, our goal is to get you in this car at the right price." This really sat with me. At the end of the night, we got a deal I couldn't refuse. They literally said, you guys are here. It's late, you have your baby with you and our goal is to help you. Here's our late night special. I will tell you guys this, they beat Findlay Kia's numbers by A LONG SHOT! We even got a lower interest rate! I couldn't believe it! We shook their hands and said it's a DEAL! Paperwork did not take long at all - and afterwards Danny helped us set up our car. He said congratulations - I am sorry I would get you a full tank of gas right now but the gates are locked. Come back Thursday and I will full tank your car for you - that's a promise! WOW is all I can say. I am BEYOND happy. Thank you so much to Jim Marsh Kia. I hear Jim Marsh is a wonderful guy as well. He sure does hire some wonderful people. I will recommend them over 1000X to family, friends and anyone. Genuinely good people, trying to help you out - not rip you off!
